Recruitment Manager

Provide hands-on staffing and recruitment support to Legend's staffing consultants in direct response to job orders, specifically, by identifying a diverse talent pool for each requisition with an eye towards building a remote team of researchers to support each practice area.

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify & qualify paralegals, law firm managers and attorneys in response to job orders generated by legal account executives. Identify & qualify compliance professionals in response to job orders generated by compliance account executives. Strong research skills please
  • Evaluate and match candidates to job orders. You will pre-qualify the candidates and work with the recruiters to a successful close and earn commissions on the candidate side of the placement
  • You will have access to Legend's proprietary database and multiple other resources. You will identify resources where Legend should/could have visibility in order to network with and encourage contact with passive candidates. To that end, you will work at developing relationships in order to encourage referrals
  • Create best practices for recruitment support to ensure the integrity of the recruitment process and to comply with all applicable laws and Legend's business-related best practices including best practices for a remote workforce
  • Schedule and lead sourcing training
  • Work with AVP to develop budget for profit center and to work with AVP to ensure success
  • Develop and manage a team of recruiters and researchers to work remotely
  • Hire like person to support compliance staffing consultants
  • Identify talent for temporary jobs
  • Special projects as assigned
